Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Securely
Place the parcel box in its original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, keys, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
